Why not? Anything can be possible, however the problem is that when defrosted, the cottage cheese will breakdown soon thereafter if not consumed immediately.

Can you freeze sour cream

From the Internet:
"Answer: You can freeze it if you plan to use it in cooking or baking, but it is not recommended if you plan to use it as a dip or on your baked potato. Sour cream separates when frozen and takes on the consistency of cottage cheese. It's fine to use, but won't have the texture you would expect"

Can I freeze hors d' oeuvres with cream cheese wrapped in flour tortillas?

I would say "yes".
Things that don't freeze well, according to Deborah Taylor-Hough, author of Frozen Assets: Lite & Easy (Champion Press, 2001), are egg-, milk- or cream-based sauces, instant rice, raw salad ingredients, dishes with dried toppings (store the toppings separately), mayonnaise unless it's mixed in and used as part of a sauce, cottage cheese, hard-cooked eggs and fried foods, which will lose their crispness.

The key is how you store and freeze them...go to the attached link:

Can you freeze cheese

Yes and no.
Pick a cream cheese that is medium to high in fat and you can freeze it. It will alter the texture slightly but the taste remains the same. When thawed the cheese will be more crumbly than creamy, but still ok for eating as is, or even better for casseroles and dips etc.
Pick a cream cheese that is high in fatjjj Low and non-fat cream cheeses will not freeze very well.
Although it's completely possible to freeze cream cheese, it does alter the texture. Thawed cream cheese is less creamy and a lot more crumbly than fresh cream cheese. Because of this, it's best to use frozen cream cheese in casseroles, baked dishes and dips.
Pick a cream cheese that has a higher fat content. Low and non-fat cream cheeses don't freeze as well

I heard that its good to eat cottage cheese before bed. Why is that?

Cottage cheese is actually taken by many bodybuilders right before they go to bed because it contains casein protein, which is a type of protein that digests very slowly. Because it digests slowly, it makes us feel full for a longer period of time.

Which dairy products contain the highest amount of protein?

If you like cottage cheese, then eating one cup of low fat cottage cheese will provide you with 26 grams of protein. A glass of milk will provide you with 8 grams of protein, and a cup of yogurt typically has about 10 grams of protein. These three dairy products have a good amount of protein in them.

What is the difference between ml and grams. My

one is for measuring liquids (ml) and one is for measuring solids or dry materials (gms). A reference 237 ml is equal to 1 cup which should work for cottage cheese.
