Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Testimonial: "Here is a reply from Doro Sweden: The reason for this is the GSM frequencies that you had in the US and what they have in SA. US uses GSM 850 /1900. Europe/Middle East/Asia and Africa all use GSM 900 / 1800. The Doro 618 supports GSM 850/1800/1900. Because of this there is a chance that it would work as long as you have a SIM card from an operator that uses the 1800 GSM frequency. I can however not guarantee that it will work, we have no sales in Africa to date, our products are not developed for that region."
