Question about Rio Sport S35S MP3 Player

Need down load for Rio Sport S30s MP3

My husband won the rio years ago in las vegas at a car show. I had it down loaded on my windows xp. we had problems with my windows so we had windows xp professional installed and I can't find my download disk. I can not open the old xp program it shuts down. How do I get a download for my old rio sport mp3 player s30s via internet?

I see that someone has been looking for a driver that would allow windows vista to recognize the rio cali mp3 player. I have the same problem for that device, but I need drivers for windows 7

Did you load on Rio firmware? that may help. Should come on the disc with the player, if not then the website should have it...just search for Rio Sport mp3 and their site should come up....hope this helps ! :)

I am running Vista 64-bit. I have reloaded the Rio S35S software from the disc, but cannot get my music to transfer. The mp3 works fine, just cannot get new music onto it. I have changed the compatibility mode to that of Win XP prior to installing. I have tried the links that have been posted here for software, but none of them are valid. The unit is plugged in and says "waiting". The Manager does see the music and I can check off the boxes next to the songs, but the "transfer" button does not light up in order to complete the transfer to the unit. The Manager does not detect the unit but it shows up under "other devices" in device manager.
