SOURCE: hisense remote does not work with hisense tv
You can find the remote control codes for different brands
of devices from
http://www.hifi-remote.com/ofa/codes-tv.shtml#tv
If none of the codes work then we have two other solutions:
1. Searching For Your Code
If you have tried all of the set-up codes for your brand of equipment ,or your
brand is not listed, and you are still not able to get the unit to respond, try
the following procedure to search for your code.
If you don't find a code that works, the remote will flash four times when you
reach the end of all the codes for this device type.
Make sure that the remote is pointed at your device during the search, You
may have to press this sequences of buttons up to 100 times to search the
entire library of codes.
2. Learn the buttons from the original
Line up your original remote and the head-to-head before completing the
following steps.
Now you can repeat steps 3 through 5 to learn other functions onto other keys
or press and hold SETUP until the Cinema's red light flashes twice to lock in
your new feature. (If the red light does not blink twice, stop and repeat steps
through 6).
To test the new feature, press and release the device key in which the new
feature was learned followed by the key on which the feature was learned

Hope that helps!
If your issue is
not resolved, please do not assign a rating just yet. Please post back as
to what steps you took, results, etc, and I will try to assist you further as
best I can. I am here at your service.
P.S. - You can rate a solution with one of four
ratings as explained under (remember that at times a bit of to and fro dialogue
may be necessary to resolve an issue).

SOURCE: My Hisense lcd is lock.
This is how I got mine to work after weeks of struggling just trying to find a new remote (hisense is really hard to contact....).
1) Turn the TV ON. unplug the tv while still ON
2) hold down the "menu" button on the side of the TV and plug it back in. keep holding it down. the TV should turn on with the menu popping up. use the Vol <> keys and Channel <> keys to navigate the menu. go to the Vchip menu, and play around. I'm not sure what ultimately worked, but i changed the Vchip password to 1111, turned the reset menu to "on" and played around with the ratings settings (turning most of them to "u"s etc).
I went through this process several times and finally, the black background behind the menu turned to static. I played around with the channels, and the TV was unlocked. I turned the TV off, and then on again, and the channels showed up normally (no static). and it was no longer locked. I had to do the unplug thing several times, and was getting really frustrated looking for an "unlock code" in the manual (it just says press the button on the remote. so it was not really helpful).
But really, once you can just get to that menu you've made some progress, and just keep playing around with it until something works.
Best of luck!!

I, also, have the Hisense LCD 1504 and cannot turn it on with the original remote. I have to use the ON button on the side every morning. You have to hold this button in for a while then wait a while and presto, the blue button shows on the front and the picture comes on. If it fails to work the first try, just try try again. It does work for me this way. We had this same experience with the TV in our room at a Hotel where we were on vacation and the TV worked fine when we turned it on using the side ON button. It just takes a while for the picture to appear. Hope this clue will help someone.

Turn on the TV and point the remote at the TV,press and hold TV and OK at the same time for 2 seconds, all the buttons on the remote will light up,for 2 seconds, after that only the numbers 1-12 will remain lit. Press the CH/PG button to send a series of off commands to your TV,repeat until your TV turns off, press the TV button to save the code and exit, all the buttons will blink 3 times to confirm code. hope this helps..
SOURCE: need IR code for Hisense 32" LCD tv to program
Are you referring to the iPhone/iPad app? if yes then this is not a remote app, it's a management app made for Comcast boxes and nothing else it doesn't controls tv's.
If you are referring to the actual remote for one of the Comcast boxes then it all depends on what model of remote you have and the exact model of your tv - some will support it thru the use of a Daewoo or Samsung code, others don't.
So you have 2 options:
1 - you try every Daewoo and Samsung code you have in the manual and if that fails you do a code scan on the remote as explained in the manual:
Turn on your TV
Press the TV button on the top of the remote, then press and hold Setup until the TV light blinks twice
Enter 9-9-1 and the TV button will blink twice
Press and release 1 and the TV button will blink twice
Point the remote at the TV, press and release the Power button, then press the CH+ button multiple times until the TV turns off
Press Setup once to lock in the code and the TV button will blink twice
If even that fails - the tv doesn't shuts down - then the remote is incompatible to the tv so
2 - you get a remote that is compatible with both. The only one i could find is
