Hi, If you log in to your fitbit account at www.fitbit.com and click on the grey cog icon for "view settings" then choose "settings". It should open on your "personal info". Halfway down the page you can choose your time zone.

    It sounds like your watch is on daylight saving time (DST) or it is set to the wrong time zone.

    If you press the "Mode" button you will enter the settings menu and you should be able to change this by pressing one of the other buttons. Some experimenting will be needed.
