How to change the time on my fit bit wrong time zone

How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab your profile picture App Settings. Time Zone.
2. Turn off the Set Automatically option.
3. Tap Time Zone and choose the correct time zone.
4. Sync your Fitbit device.

Why is the time wrong on my tracker

Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.

Click Settings.

Scroll to the bottom of the Personal Info page and modify your timezone.

After saving your changes, force sync your tracker: Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer. Click Sync Now.

It sounds like your watch is on daylight saving time (DST) or it is set to the wrong time zone.

If you press the "Mode" button you will enter the settings menu and you should be able to change this by pressing one of the other buttons. Some experimenting will be needed.
