call MDB parts in california 14-323-728+9988 x120 .  you will probably need part number, serial number and manufacturing date from the label inside the crib.

I would take part of the crib to a hardware stor and try a couple of different sizes- unless someone else has the same exact crib and a bolt measurer the hardware store is the easiest solution.

You can download your manual on Evenflo's website under Product Support, then Replacement Parts.

Try the site productsamerica.com. They at least have some pictures that may be helpful. They do not have the instructions, though.

Thank you to the Grandma J who pointed out the Jenny Lind is a style, not a company! I have two different Jenny Lind cribs and I found the phone numbers for parts right on the crib, on the mattress support for both cribs, with each company. Just remove the mattress and your information should be there!!!
