The 2 blinks are an indication of over-current. This is usually because of a shorted component. The most common is the horizontal output transistor. This will be a 3-legged part attached to a heat sink close to the flyback transformer (part with red wire coming out the top). This transistor will be marked C4856 or something similar. Update this with the exact marking and I'll provide you with the full part number and approximate cost.

Pioneer has a repair service center in California. Look up warrenty and service repair on their site. With a problem that detailed it realy cant be narrowed down to one thing. The good thing is you have enough wrong that you actualy benifit from their flat rate fee's for repair.
Me on the other end ended up paying $200 for them to replace a fuse. :( So yeah look up the repair centers number, give them a call and they will tell you what you need to do. The unit is repairable.
SOURCE: SONY NAS-EH35HD Giga juke hi fi Standby light flashing
my gigajuke did the samne thing power light flashing nothing else working ...we put it in the car and took it for drive to our local sony repair centre 45 miles away...it had a four day holiday then we picked it up again and were told it had nothing wrong with it and we should now pay £25...We refused in fact my husband said"if you think i brought it all this way with nothing wrong with it mate you must be on drugs"...well the upshot was that we didn;t pay and it then worked for few months until we had a power cut and now here we are back to flashing power light again..My conclusion there is a fault and they know where a reset button exists but aren't telling...either that or it just likes a regular change of scenery!!! Anyone with any ideas to save me the drive again I'm all ears lol

The power adaptor may well be at fault. You should try a new one - you can find one here: https://www.digidave.co.uk/jshop/product.php?xProd=458
