Sony PlayStation Portable ... Problem

I purchased a Portable Playstation in China but default language is Chinese. Is there and easy way to over ride this or change the language. I have never used one before and do not know where to start.

my son just got as psp piano but he immediately somehow changed the language. i can't interpret / read it to find the settings to change the language to English. I removed the battery but it's still in Dutch or German or whatever it is. help! Thanks, Cathy

In the 'home' screen go to the left(using arrows) & there is a menu that allows you to change the language

My PSP is set to a forigein language (Russian) and I don't understand the menu on the home screen to change it back to English. Can you help?

can you tell us which language does it changed it to. and also
if u know that language go to <setings ;language > and change it to english.

Language is stuck on chinese

At the home menu menu after a game or something go left as far as you know you can, then go four down. Click x and go down one, click x again, and english is the second one down.

Thanks, it was helpful. The manual does in fact clearly state how to change the language even though the on screen instructions were all in Chinese!

go to the toolbox

scroll down to the spanner over the psp symbol

second spanner down is language

select ENGLISH.
