Go to getyourcode.com. Enter your DiSa number found on the side of your tablet and it will give you your activation code. This is unlikely to work if the device was purloined. It is a good idea to keep boxes of phones, iPads, computers as most have written on them somewhere numbers such as IMEI numbers. Those numbers usually are under the battery, making it a pain to acquire them when you need them. No, the DiSa number is not the IMEI number. Often DiSa numbers are stuck on the device which you see when you open the box.
Go back to WalMart Customer service. They MAY be able to retrieve your receipt with code from their computers IF you used a credit card. If that doesn't work; contact RCA Customer Service. Good luck.
