easiest way would be to use a usb thumb drive. Better yest invest in an good external Hard drive - move all of your photo from old pc (use my computer - select folder and move) then connect the external hard drive to your new pc and "copy" to your new pc. when all done you even have a backup copy of your precious photos in external hard drive...

I think you said that, but leaf off word PC.
1: does the PC make any sounds.ever?
2: do all 2 to 3 fans spin and blow air.
3: does the PC beep or flash keyboard, errors codes.
caps locks LED can blink codes on some HP PC.

it might be the on board video has quit working. If that is the case you will have to purchase an external video card that would need to be inserted in an available card slot inside the computer. Then you will need to move the monitor plug from the onboard VGA plug to the VGA plug on the back of the video card.
why not post the symptoms.
