Yes go to service mode and clear the counter. The counter is set up to replace the drum and developer.

Utility - clear -0 - 0 - clear -0 - 1
Press ADJUST
Press CLEAR DATA

I Have a Konika Minolta bizhub 211. If I want to photocopy with it, it is pouring ink and thereby making the print out not to be clear
