You must check the spark plugs gap and also the spark plug wires or coil on plug boots for cracks if all well look at the vacuum lines if ok the idle air control valve maybe very old or a dead spot in the throttle position sensor you must be in another country I'm in the USA and don't have a listing for a laser so I'm trying to guess what the ignition system is that's why I mentioned both above out of gap plugs is the first check here then go further good luck stephen

what codes are present? If it is lean codes P0171/P0174 problem is most likely the orings leaking between upper and lower intake manifold if this is a 4.0L

Go to Advance or Auto Zone and have them run an obd scan on it and it will pin point why your light is on and could solve your problem. This is often done for free.
