The 'Aquastop' feature is intended to reduce the possibility of your kitchen or utility room being flooded in the event of a water leak within the washing machine.
There is a 'float switch' in the base of the washing machine, and if sufficient water (very little in practice) gets into the base of the washing machine the float switch operates, the machine detects it and prevents operation.
The most frequent cause of this is a split or small hole in the door boot rubber seal.
It's an easy fix, won't cost much (replacement door seals are widely available) and no special tools required.
I've replaced to door boot on our IQ1235 a couple of times over the years.

Hi
It is your pump that is failing / bolked with hair and treds behind the impeller. The pump is not the best design as ther can enter smal treds and hair behind the impeller into the paking ring (seal). There is only one sollution that help - change the pump. Can be don from the fron of the mashine. Only one screw on the right side has to be removed to remove the plastig cover and the one screw to losen the pump.
