I do not have the correct model number from the manufactures plate located on the washer, so I cannot look at the exploded parts view of you unit. I have indicated the procedure used on most top load washers which may work. You should use caution because it may not be the same style but you may be able to loosen or remove the screws from the back of the hinges to lift the top. If you can give me the correct model number I may be able to look at the diagram to give you more Ideas if this does not work.
You have clips on each side of top cabinet located in the front of the unit. If you pull the top forward and lift up you should be able free the top cover enabling you to lift the top back on its hinges. You may also use a non marring tool (wood or plastic wedge) to pry the top off while pulling the top forward. If it will not lift or you are afraid that you may damage the unit you can loosen or remove the two screws (part 34) for the hinge (part 32) in the back of the unit. You should be able to move the top forward and lift it above the retaining clips. You can replace the hinge screws so you can lift the top back on its hinge so it will not fall off when working on the unit.
