My Polaroid tv is giving off audio but no image and it’s not like there is no image at all. I haves Roku streaming my Netflix account and every this works until I press play. The show/movie doesn’t play but I can hear the audio from said show/ movie.

if you have a remote for your t.v. then there should be either an input button or a t.v./video button. when you say HDTV box do you mean converterbox or cable/sat. because if you mean your satalite box then try going through it's menu and looking for the input section

Just turn off the cable box,when u used the TV widget to watch the Netflix movies online.So u,will not have anymore audio signal interference.

This is a problem with the connection not the Roku. Also things that can effect this is now many Movies you have in your Netflix Instant Que. Deleted some of the Instant Que movies and reboot the Roku. See if this will FixYa up.
