Singer 127- treadle - cab is excel cond- the machine not been used for years -will need some maintenance. Great Britain-Serial number is F8092812. Any range of value on this machine and cabinet?

take the details to an antique shop ( photo helps) to get an idea of the value

The cord drives the machine from the foot peddle.

There is no "belt" size. You need to measure the distance with some yarn and buy some leather treadle machine belt. There are a few vendors on ebay. The machines had a "staple" of sorts that would hold the treadle belts together that might be hard to find.

One rule of thumb is... The more ornate the older it is. But as to a place that might give years based on the appearance? I've not found one yet. However, you might want to poke around on this site. They have some surprisingly old sewing machine info.

Another thing you might try is looking through old magazines on google books. I've found interesting adverts and articles in those old mags that provided great information when restoring things.
