I need to access my old Facebook account - please help me retrieve it

go to facebook.com and then if can't logon or you just did not you password..you can click forgot password and then type your secondary email add ,if available..they facebook team will send the username and passwod to your secondary email address..^_^

tell ur family member to sign up with any other email address and then maybe ur account wil be reassigned to ur id.

There are two indications that your login email address has been removed by another person:

1. Your profile is still visible on the site when you search for it and there is a different login email address listed under Contact Info.
2. You received an error message when logging in with the correct login email reading: "The email entered does not belong to any account." (You will also receive this error message if you have made a spelling error. Please be sure to check the spelling of your login.)
