SOURCE: Installing Panasonic DP-4510 to Windows Vista
Crafties is correct, most of the print drivers loaded onto the discs that comes with copiers were developed a few years ago. Try Googling "Panasonic dp4510 print driver vista" and see what you get. If one comes up listed under www.b2b.panasonic.com, go to it because its straight from Panasonic. I always have to search for the drivers for Vista on a new install.
SOURCE: driver for Panasonic DP-4510 for a Macintosh 10.4
here is where you can get your driver for the mac its called post script
http://panasonic.co.jp/pcc/products/en/mfp/download/index.html#DP-6030
but you need to have a PS"post script key -physical item" installed in your machine before you can print from a mac.
hope this helps
SOURCE: Paper Jam
first try to eliminate the finisher. turn off main power switch and unplug from the power outlet. Now unplug the finisher cable from the rear of the copier, then slide the finisher out of the way. Check to see if you still are having jamming issues. if not then yes the issue is with the exit of the paper or the finisher.
Many possibilities try to narrow it down.
Good Luck
