Want to send back mark naimer watch back but need address please help

There is no reset button on a watch. Removing the battery does a sort of reset back to zero.

No manual exists for this watch, but all digital chronographs are the same, so Google by the number of buttons it has '4 button chronograph instructions'. The Seiko site is good.

No I believe there is no way to resurrect your watch from the dead, however if you LOVE your watch you can send it back to Timex and they will replace the movement. Ive given away a few hundred of their paid postage boxes to customers. They charge fair prices and have a decent turn around time! If you do send it to Timex be sure to remove your band if its not the original!

Ive never had 1 unhappy Timex customer who sent their watch in for repair! :-)

You can check with a reputable watch repair shop, you should be able to replace with generic parts and save a good amount of money! If not then you can always send it back to Festina to have it repaired!

I purchased a Mark Neimer (?Naimer) QUO watch style W107J and it came without a manual. The buttons on the side are just for show--they do nothing. The three small dials in the center (week days, month days, and military time) are also useless. This Undergear product is a joke at best.

You probibly lost a little spring that goes into your movement that makes contact the curcit board and the back of your watch. It is VERY small and alot of people who change their own batteries don't even see it when they open their watch and it falla out . If I knew your address I would send you a couple. If you look at the back of yhe inside of your watch you will probibly see a hole with a LITTLE straight line comming off of it, that is where that spring goes. NOW you MAY not have grounded your watch, that could cause that to happen to. Open your watch and look at the back. You should see a AC marking. Take a tweezer or a metal object and touch the ac and the top of the battery.Then re-set your watch time. I'm hoping that is it, if not you need that spring.Let me know what happens, and if I can assit you with any other watch or jewelry problem.Also we at home are proud of you!!! Good Luck!!!
