That's made by Sharp and many of theirs (and other brands) require you to take the outer cover off to change the bulb. Here's how: Unplug the oven first. That's rule one! Remove all of the screws from the side and back of the outer wrapper / cover of the microwave. There are usually four on the rear edges and two on the bottom of the edges on each side of the cover. The cover then should be slid slightly backward then up from the rear and it will slide off. You may have to pat down on the sides to loosen it first. I use firm and simultaneous open-palmed slaps on both sides near the front, then pull it up and off. It is possible that some voltage will remain on the high voltage capacitor and can be conducted via contact with wires, connectors and components connected to it. If you stay away from all the wiring in the right rear (as you're looking at the front door) it should not be a problem. Unless there is a problem, the voltage should actually not be present. If you and the work area are clean and dry, and you only touch the light bulb while the cover is off, there should be no problem. Change the bulb. It may be held in with a bit of clear tape, too, so take a look at the socket first. When putting it back on, be careful that the inside front edges of the cover catch properly in the slots in the chassis. Good luck and be safe! Make sure it is unplugged!

right. first of all there are usually three settings one is intence 2 is normal and three is pans. or the other way round. cannot remember. but put nothing in and turn it on by closing the door. turning the knob and pressing the start button when selection is made if no button to start it just select a program and see which one lasts the longest thats the pan one. use dishwasher tables either in the little basket hanging in there or in the door there is a slide thing. put tablet in there and fiddle till it stays shut. then close the door. after loading with stuff. at the bottom will be an unscrewable white knob put some dishwasher salts in there every few months. it keeps the water soft. there is also a filter in the bottom you can lift out to clean a round thing within a mesh grid. that must be reg checked for bits of dinner and stuff. try and get the bets off first. dont put beans and things left on plates and pans in cloggs up. try contacting supplyer for instruction manual. if you cannot thats all you need to know really. hope that helps. liz
