The e on CR2032e denotes the manufacturer as Mitsubishi. Both are CR2032 batteries which means they produce 3V and 210 mAh (210 is the spec, 220 is a common claimed total energy content).

Check and see if you put the battery in right. Make sure the rough part is facing bottom.If this doesn't work your battery may be bad.
