Yes A-200 are number 12 I would find a hobart grinder they will have a big H in the casting on the neck get one with a stainless pan and stomper to push product down the throat. If you wait on Ebay and put it on your watch list they do come along. look for no rust. Make sure it has the big H in the casting. the other after market ones seem to not last long like the metal wears on the worm and hub to fast. also you always know where to get a piece if you need it if its a Hobart. not so with the forign jobs.

SOURCE: hobart meat grinder, model 4322 asking what type of oil in gearbox to use?

You can buy food grade grease from kitchenaid or on amazon. I did use the grease from my work. Any grease would do the job just make sure you read the specifications to find the grease that can stand high heat so it doesn't melt while the machine is running.

How to pull auger drive shaft for Hobart 4346 mixer-grinder?

The oil seal is the resistance you feel. take a soft mallet or hammer with a soft drift and gently but firmly tap the stub shaft and it will drive out the oil seal in the hopper direction. The lower skirt of the tapered bearing is what contacts the seal so go slow.
Worked for me.

Need to adjust clutch on hobart 4346 meat grinder how do you do it?

On the 4346 mixer/grinder the clutch can't be adjusted. It is a Moorse clutch and will need to be replaced. If you ate handy buy the rebuild kit for the bottom end from Hobart. It's not cheap but once it's done it will last for years. Hope this helps, Food luck

What type of gear lube should I use for my Hobart H600 mixer?

Hi, btperduell

below is a copy of an e-mail from Horartservice.com. I searched the web forhours for the correct oil and could not find any info so I e-mailed Hobart. The Planetary is a different part from the transmission andthe sight glass on a M802 is for the oil in the transmission. The answer that Hobart gave is not an NSF oil. Ineeded the oil for the planetary section on a model M802. Even the directionssay that it is normal for a drop of oil to occasionally drip from the seal. That is where the dough hook attaches. I am in the process of researching the oil and Exxon / Mobildoes make a NSF version. I just need to find somewhere I can buy less then a 55-gallondrum. The above mixer only uses 6 ounces. Take care and stay safe Thank you Mike Hobart E-mail follows ============================================================== Mike, Hobartuses "EXXON SPARTAN EP-150 (6 oz)" in the M802 planetary. Hobart part #102973-13. This IS NOT a food grade oil. If you mixer is leaking you shouldhave it serviced. Service, parts , lubricants and information canbe obtained by contacting your local Hobartoffice in [email protected] (412) 788-5380. What kind of oil i can used for hobart d300

Transmission uses #0 weight grease, best to get direct from Hobart (their grease is the correct weight and approved by U.S. FDA & USDA as safe for use in food equipment) but if you insist on not doing so, at least obtain an Extreme Pressure #0 grease and don't overpack the transmission, I believe it should have 35 oz. if memory serves right.

Uses a heavier grease for the planetary gear, use #2 weight. Don't need much, just a light coat on the planetary gear.

Bowl lift rails use medium weight oil, again use food grade oil supplied by Hobart.
