Hi buy a kkmoon security system but I forgot the password that was set, how can I restart it or how can I access the main menu

If your KKmoon NVR turns on but won't show camera feed on your screen, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Remove LAN cable if it is attached
Restart you DVR
Choose the "admin" account in USERNAME
Use MASTER PASSWORD in PASSWORD. Now you can access your DVR
Go for Main Menu >Advance > Account
Select "admin" user
Click on Modify Password, In Old Password Use Master Code,
In New & Confirm Password type your new password (without any special characters).

Now you can login with your NEW PASSWORD that you have created.

Your documentation should give you a way to do a factory reset, that should put it back to the original password. If you don't have that Google factory reset for your model of machine. Last resort get a hold of their service center.

1. Access the projector with the administrator password. In case you never set or do not know this password, use the default administrator password 1234 or the 6-digit password which is provided on the Security Card, shipped with the projector.
2. Once you access the projector menu, press the menu button. Press ? twice to go to the Management menu.

4. Navigate to User Password. Press ? to set a new password using the numeric keys on the remote control. Press Menu to confirm.
5. You can select when the user will be prompted for the password: only when the power cable has been reconnected, or each time the projector is powered on. Press Menu to confirm.

In V200R001C01SPC200 and earlier versions, the configuration file cannot be viewed. The system often uses the file vrpcfg.zip or iascfg.zip.
5. Rename the configuration file.
6. Restart RouterA.
7. Stop Auto-Config.
8. Change the renamed configuration file to executable file. Select one file format.
9. Restore the configuration.

If you have forgot the codes for your mobile you can unlock it by using the last four digits of your phone number or four zeros. If these codes are not working you can contact your network service provider to get the unlock codes.
If you need to reset your mobile then press the "Menu" button,from main menu scroll to "Settings/Tools" and select the option by pressing the center "Menu/OK" button.Scroll to "Settings" and select.Scroll and select "More". Scroll to "Security" and press your "Menu/OK" button.Enter in your phone's security code when prompted. Select "Reset/Erase", then "Reset". A warning message will appear. Press the "Menu/OK" button, then highlight and select "Yes" to confirm the reset.

Start up in safe mode (hold F8 at startup) and login as administrator. Go to start menu, settings or control panels, users and remove the password on the account you are wanting to access.. Then restart.
