JUST NEED THE FACTORY CODE
No such thing as a Factory Code. Each one has an individual code. You just have to go to a public notary, swear that the safe belongs to you and then send the letter and the money to Sentry. If the process was easy, it wouldn't be 'SAFE' would it.

You should have received two skeleton keys when you bought the safe. They will open the safe without the key AND without the code. If you don't have it, the only solution is to get help from Sentry. By following the instructions below, they will send you a skeleton key for your safe.
First, find your safe’s Serial Number. The Serial Number is printed on the small label on the right side of safe (outside). Send this, a notarized letter(last name must be different) stating you are the safe’s owner, and a check or money order or $8.00 (U.S. funds) to:
