Question about Lucent Legend MLX-28D Corded Phone
Is there anyway to change this? Our office currently uses the Merlin Legend Communications System, release 2.0, also the Merlin Messaging System. I have looked through all the user guides from Avaya, and the answer I find there doesn't apply to my specific phone. I have a 2 line display telephone. MLX-28D. Any help would be great!
From the system programming menu either in the pc programming tool or from the console phone enter into system programming, options, more, group coverage delay. set here from 1 ring to 9. Good luck.
If this was helpful please send me a rating.
Thanks Dan

On the console, which needs to be an mlx 20L for you to program thru one of those options is system programming.
let me know if that is what you have.

Yes, that will not help you thru console programming. Some installs allow you to go thru the vmail pc for programming. Do you have an audix style white tower pc next to the system?

All the programming needs to be done on an MLX 20-L phone.
It looks like a small (3 inch) grey screen.
Do you have one of those?
