I have a Samsung WB350 camera. When using it, sometimes it will switch over to "smart auto" then "auto program" several times, then will go back to operation mode, then sometimes will flash the others

This happened to me too!
Turn the dial to setup, push the menu button & select reset all. This will restore the defaults & let you use the flash again.

SOURCE: QUANTARAY QBX-8000xi Flash for SONY ALPHA - 350 digital SLR

Unfortunately not.

This flash is a superb budget alternative to the Minolta alternatives but is only suitable for their film cameras. Sony's SLR's are based on the later Minolta Digital SLR's and they're all incompatible with this flash.

The technical differences between the film and digital Minolta cameras explains why a Minolta 5600HS (for example) had to be redesigned and redesignated as a 5600HS(D). The former will not work on Sony Alpha models, but the latter is fully compatible.

Camera will not switch on in operate mode.

Can you test the voltage of the charged batteries, often they will not hold full charge for several reasons, age, factory imperfection, over use, haven't been allowed to discharge fully before recharge, dirty battery contacts, if you can, try new non rechargeable batteries, often cameras get temperamental about batteries after some time, use a metal tarnish cleaner with a cue tip, on the contacts, or pure alcohol, if bad, use plastic scourer, cold batteries don't work well, warm them in your hands if cold.

My digital camera is Samsung Galaxy, Model no is EK-GC100 and it won't turn on.

When the camera is becoming warm while charging the battery, the battery must be charged. So no need to check for dirty contacts. If you have a multimeter perhaps you can measure the voltage on the battery. While just measuring the voltage, the battery must give a little more then printed on the battery. So when on the battery is printed 3,7 V toy should measure 3.8 or 3.9.
Anything less means the battery is not good.

Now the causes of not switching on. Sometimes the on / off switch is defect. Sometimes the (mini) USB connector is defect and telling the camera, there is still a plug in the camera. It won't switch on. Sometimes the display button must be pushed several times, so the display shows something. And sometimes, the camera is defect.
Carefull investigate the connector and on / off switch, but be aware cameras sometimes become defect, without telling you what is wrong.
I wish you luck.

Why isn't the internet working on my smart tv?

I just thought I would post this solution here after I spent several days and hours on the phone trying to get my Samsung Smart TV to connect to the internet. After having the television for 2 years with not problems at all, suddenly it would not connect to WiFi. The last tech at Samsung that I spoke with knew exactly what to do and my TV was back working and connection to the internet within a few minutes. He told me to reset the DNS to 8888.
Detailed instructions for the computer challenged community such as me: Best IPTV Service Providers
On your TV remote, go to Menu, Settings, Network
Next select Network Settings, Start, IP Settings
Then select DNS mode and make sure the green check is on "manual"
Enter 8 8 8 8 and OK
Bingo, instant internet
(note - I also was told to click on Samsung Smart Hub in upper right corner. I had reset my TV and it needed to update and add back my programs)

D90 wont shoot in auto mode. gives me r21 error. Manual mode works fine

Did you switch the Focus-mode selector to MF?
It is the switch with number 8. Perhaps you are used to switching on the lens, but on the body is also a switch. Normaly used for the older AF lenses.

Samsung D73 camera

Does this also happen when you switch the camera to automatic?
Sometimes without knowing you can put the camera in manual, and have ictures much to light or much to dark. If you are not familiar with manual shooting, please put the camera back to auto (green camera loge on the dial)

Mode dial icon repeatedly appears on screen despite not touching mode dial

We bought a WB690 earlier this year and had the same problem within a couple of days. We replaced it at the shop and the new one was fine at first, but has recently started doing the same. It's as if the mode dial is working loose, and the slightest touch seems to make the mode graphic appear on the screen (usually just when you are about to take a picture) - very annoying! It's going back to the shop this week, which is a real shame as the camera is otherwise very good, especially the massive zoom.

Will pictures remain sharp when a smart card is reused several times?

No. images are stored digitally, so a one bit remains a one, while a zero remains a zero. The card will wear out eventually, after hundreds of thousands of write cycles, but that's after decades of normal use.
More importantly, you want to format the card regularly, like after each time you download pictures to a computer. If you simply delete the pictures each time, you're all but guaranteed to have a file system error eventually. Formatting avoids this.

55 inch toshiba led tv audio sometimes gets garbled. must turn set off and on to correct

I have a Samsung 55 inch plasma that has experienced intermitent garbled audio, sometimes very frequent (a couple of minutes between episodes) and long in duration (several minutes). Switching to another channel and back would correct the audio.

I ran the auto program channel function a couple of times and it eliminated the gabled audio problem, except for infrequent (once every hour or two) and very short (a second or two in duration) episodes of gabled audio.

I found a thread on a CNET forum on this subject and it seems that the garbled audio problem affects a number of Samsung flat panel models.
