Clavinova CVP 605 I have composed some beautiful multi-track recordings using my Clavinova CVP 605 and transferred the MP3 recordings to disc. But could you explain why I have to turn my CD player volume to maximum to attain the correct volume??

SOURCE: converting a sony mini disc into a mp3/audio cd
i understand (i've gone through 3 sony md recordable players & now i have about 15 - 20 md with good mixes from clubs/carribean islands beach partys) the only thing i can suggest is invest in another mini disc that is capable of playing the 74 min disc (and speed that was recorded) here are two sites to check out 1--http://shopping.yahoo.com/s:Portable%20MiniDisc%20Players and 2-- http://www.google.com/products?hl=en&q=mini+disc+player&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=OhkbSozEApC6tAOr9NCSDw&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&resnum=4&ct=title
SOURCE: I have a clavinova CVP
If you go to Yamaha website,CVP 409 specs, it will tell you how to hook up each one of the interfaces (ie floppy, usb, external hd and mem stick) and this should apply to other models.
SOURCE: Problem with Finalizing Disc
When you insert the disc what does the recorder display after it examines it (Reading TOC)? - CDR, TOC, CDR-W, NO TOC?
It should know the disc is not finalized and let you either record more on it or finalize it.
If not, and you need to recover the 4 tracks try loading the disc on a DVD player. My old Pioneer will read unfinalized CDR-A's so I can digitally copy what's on them back to another CDR-A.
SOURCE: Can I replace the pedal unit to the Yamaha Clavinova CVP-75?
I can't solve the problem, but just wanted to sympathize because I have the same problem. My pedal is broken on my Yamaha Clavinova cvp85a. It worked wonderfully for years but finally it broke.
I'd be in the market for buying a new pedal or fixing the old one. But I've not found any suggestions in any of these forums for either solution.
