I have an swan N 8ch h264 video recorder but no Manuel for it, I wonder why the playback is so poor, what can I do about this and where can I get a copy of it

SOURCE: There is no playback picture viewing a recording.

if you have the setting to avi it will not show up, you will get sound but know pic just a black screen, try the dvd setting and the the other dv setting.

try finallizing the disc in cam and cpu. if they are precious moments and dont want to risk loosing. try simillar cam to dump to hard drive or disc

Try recording in a higher quality than standard and see 2hatcthe results are.some of those are low resolution cameras and you won't get a wonderful image out of them.
