Hello I have a inoBrand RM1550 Universal remote control which I need to operate a Pioneer xv-dv170 DVD/CD - I have no instructions so could you please tell me how to tune it in? Many thanks Mege

you have to set the code for TV alone, then code for DVD

Pacific TV - Press "SET" and Hold it, press "TV" and release it, then release "SET", then type one of these codes 0676, 0677, 0678 or 0679. After each code try powering off the TV using the remote. One should work. (I think the 2nd one worked for me).

Try holding down the tv power button and keep holding it while you press the channel button until your tv comes in.. It takes a few pushes. Make sure your tv is off first though.

SETTING CODES
HOLD THE CODE SEARCH BUTTON DOWN UNTIL THE RED LIGHT STAYS LIT.

PRESS THE DEVICE BUTTON (ie TV)

CHANNEL UP BUTTON UNTIL THE CHANNEL CHANGES. (300 SHOULD BE MAXIMUM)

PRESS THE MUTE BUTTON TO SET THE CODE
