"mose" ? Mouse not connecting? I nedd your Make, Model of computer and the OS? Is the USB device installed? It requires a driver to function. Reboot the computer. When you insert the USB device do you here a Device detected sound? Does a page pop up? Do you see a Hardware install pop up?

Hi there, Sharp AR5316 comes with installation CD when new. This gives those with computers a chance to use it as a printer only when they correctly install it. They quote several operating system that it can accommodate and unfortunately, ubuntu is not among them because it is only compatible with windows like windowsxp. For you to use it as a printer, please install windowsxp on your computer and follow the instructions on it. Best wishes.

inside of the printer some gear broken or you nedd to put some lubricant .....go for a serviceing center it will good..........

if you got windows xp use your moviemaker soft ware you can even make pictures out of videos with it pretty kool

Normally a small area of 10 pins or 9 one is not used,you nedd the book or go to manufactuers website and download user manual,connect your wire to the board with out a diagram and you could damage the board

Here's how to get the downloads:

• Click here, for the Lex site.
• Click on Drivers & Downloads. (up top)
  
• Click on Driver Finder (Left top)
  
• In the Search by Model box, Type Lexmark x715, click search and select from the drop down.
  
• Choose your O/S and follow the rest of the prompts.
  
• Thats it!
  

Be advised, some models may not have driver support for Vista. If this is the case, don't shoot the messenger. Other than that, you shouldn't have a problem.
