I have worked 50 years in catering and never come across this make and model. This link might work better for you in your country, but Combi Ovens are so complicated, you will need dealer service as they are fully computer operated.

You have a defective mode switch

The potentiometer for the timer/core temp is defective.

Hi, error 12 is displayed when the oven pcb is too hot, check that the air filter is clear and the cooling fan is running. Also it could just be the software, if it is an older oven and has the original software then it may just need upgrading by someone who knows what he/she is doing.

Sounds like a bad relay
