A meter fault can occur if you have installed an electronic watt meter and there is a connection fault between the meter and the inverter. Not sure why this would stop the inverter but meter function can be turned off in the inverter software (installer section, X1 boost in my case)

I am not sure what inverter you are using as Solax makes many. Here is a link to their manual downloads: http://www.solaxpower.com/en/downloads-2/ . I suspect that you may have to reset the system, and maybe recalibrate things. The manual I looked at did not mention any meter fault per se, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

Look at your manual and go to the troubleshooting section.

Why would I have a reading of pgrid na on my solax inverter.

It looks to me that the Power Grid is not connected to the inverter. Some inverters are intended to feed the grid, and if that is not detected, it will not produce power. If you want an inverter to work as an AC power source when the grid fails, then what you have purchased is the incorrect unit.

I have solar panels that put out a little more voltage then they are rated at,and they keep faulting out my grid tie inverter.I need a resister to knock down the voltage about 8 volts, got any ideas?

I like to ask, is the voltage from the solar panel messure with some load connected or is open circuit, normally solar panels produce high voltage than the working system, the reasson for that is to have Amperes in of to charge the batery, these is related to the size and power generated by the panel.
No need a resistor or in any case use a voltage regulator to prevent over charge.

Who do i contact when i have and error code d27 on my solar inveter?

Sadly, I think you will find that a Sharp warranty does not cover this type of fault. It is attributed to either a lightning strike or a power surge. Perhaps your utility company could advise you particularly if you have date and time of failure. The inverter will likely have to be replaced and you should confirm that the replacement is legal in your area as some units have beeni banned in wide geographic areas. You might have to try another brand. Other than your utility company, Sharp, or maybe Infinigi, I am not sure who might give you advice. Possibly you might contact the Department of Energy (if in the US) about a grid tied inverter or NREL. Here is information from EVACO: https://ecavo.com/best-solar-grid-tie-inverters/

HI, I am trying to install it on a pc but the device does not have any software and the pc does not have any bluetooth installation software. I need to pair with a solar inverter which is in the loft...

depending on the brand of your solar apparentky they do not need any software so if you need any sort of software you must prove the exact details of the brand/type of your solar system

Inverter output voltage (eg. 96 volts) not if this is an issue

96 volts is low. 106 volts is low. You need to be about 110 to 120 volts optimum. How is your battery input? This is crucial for the inverter to output correctly. If it needs 24 volts DC in Then make sure it's 24 volts. 48 volts means 48 volts. Check the battery voltage and compare to inverter input requirements first.
