9" touch screen tablet cmp773BUN. Trying to factory reset, but am asked if l would like to choose1.../ 2.sd-ext/ or 3. sdcard/ some body please respond. Help if u have the answer or something to try because I'm afraid to move it anywhere...surprised l got this far.

The SD is only if you have downloaded the proper OS and have it on an SD, then when it resets it will look at the SD and install the software, and it better be the correct version!
Typically you dont have to use the SD card as it's almost always part of the tablet or phone to have the operating system backup so choose option 1, you cant do any harm unless you download the incorrect version of software and install it, which may "brick" it, or render tablet useless.

They are actually the left and right buttons. But yes, that should turn it to touchscreen mode.

Unlock windows password,the easiest way I ever use is to adopt Windows Password Reset ,just a few steps:

Step 1: Download and install Windows Password Reset
Step 2: Burn Windows Password Reset Std ISO file to CD/DVD
Step 3: Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows Password.

I purchased my tablet from a pawn shop yesterday and don't know how to hard reset it due to there being a lock pattern on it and don't know the g mail account associated with it
1) Power down your tablet.
2) Tap the power-on button and volume down button at the same time
3) Tap and hold the power-on and volume down buttons until you see the android alien icon
4) tap the power-on and volume up again at the same time until you see the System recovery menu.

recovery system from backup
update rk image from /sdcard

select (wipe data/factory reset) bush pushing the power button to select it and restart the device after.

Hello chloe you ned to free some of the memory by closing all resent used apps and IF the tablet is unresponsive you may be requierd to perform a hard reset your tablet

Resetting your device to Factory Defaults If you need to reset your device to the factory default settings for any reason please follow the process below:
WARNING!!!
Please be aware any information currently on the device will be permanently erased by following this procedure.

  1. Go to applications screen and touch the settings button.
  2. Touch the Backup & reset option.
  3. Select Factory data reset.
  4. Leave the erase SD card option unticked & touch "Reset tablet".
  5. Touch "erase everything".
  6. The unit will now reset itself back to factory reset and any previous information/data will have been permanently erased.

Nook won't go past turn on screen
You need to do what is called a HARD RESET.
This resets your Nook back to factory (Just Out of the Box) defaults.
It will erase your internal storage but will not touch any external sdcard.
Turn the NOOK off completely. Hold the Power button and Home (n) buttons. The device will turn on. Continue to hold both buttons until the device shuts off once again (~15-20 seconds). Turn the device on normally. It will prompt for a factory reset. Press the Home button twice to confirm.

Got locked out of my tablet
Hi, you can try resetting by following the below steps. It works for most tablets.
1 turn off the tablet
2 press and hold the power button and keep tapping the volume down button at the same time.
3 it should take you to recovery screen. Go to factory reset by using volume button and select by using either the center button on the tablet or the power button if there is no center button.

Stuck on irulu logo page
flash the tablet with firmware.download correct firmware to pc.copy to micro sdcard.insert card into tablet and do a factory reset,select reboot. or power off,then on,it'll do the rest,take out card and power on.
