Hot does make a difference. You say it won't start, but does it crank and not start, or not even crank? If cranks but will not start, any electrical part may fail as it heats, and when you shut it off the engine gets much hotter since coolant is no longer circulating. Thus, a marginal crank or cam sensor, or coil/ignition module may work while cold of while engine is running, but fail when you first turn car off.
The drain pan you seek is not removable, its between the compressor and the condenser coil. if you really need to remove it, you will have to crack it and then replace it with a new one. I hope this answered you question.
jump the low or high pressure switchs this switchs are located on the a/c lines of tje compresor not run check power to the compresor if you have power maybe the compressor is gone

hi there, what you thought of the sound is correct. the compressor might have gotten a little rusty after running 24hrs. if turning it off helps then do so but make sure you have everything important removed from inside the fridge. solving this problem can only be done by a repairguy as it has to be opened up.
check if the compressor working if it working and you get frost in your freezer back panel then your problem is in your freezer area but if your compressor not working then and the fan next to it working then the starter unit for the compressor is bad....let me know if you need more help 911service today . com
With the AC on, the fan will come on to help the ac codensor. Why your compressor keeps crapping out is definately something to look into. If your AC is overcharged the head pressures can get pretty high and if the oil is low, that would not help either.. Good Luck.
