SOURCE: Water leaks from tube at the bottom of fridge for water dispenser only

If it is a plastic compression fitting you can tighten each one a little(careful not to tighten them too much cause they can strip out) Use a small crescent wrench with a back up wrench.

SOURCE: Water & Ice do not dispense. Maytag ICE2o

Possibly the water valve (also known as a solenoid valve) on the back of of your refeer has gone ka-put. It is easy to find and spot. The water line from your source (out of the wall) goes to this valve. If it is not operating, you will get no water supply thru that line into your dispenser or your ice-maker unit. No water in means no water and no ice out. This is a pretty simple fix you can do yourself. The part is reasonably priced. Get the model number of your refrigerator off the door and contact your local distributor for your brand. Make sure you turn your water off at the wall, or house, before you start taking that plumbing line apart. Otherwise, get yourself a surfboard and lay in a good supply of paper towels. Take your time and unplug your unit from the wall to be on the safe side...

SOURCE: Freezer defrost LG american style

Defrost the unit for two days with the doors open...I know you're going to lose your contents. You may have ice on the coils internally. Next make sure you've cleaned the external coils under the unit. Leaving liquids open inside the unit or setting it colder than required will both cause issues like the ones you've got. Also, be sure all air vents inside the unit are unblocked and the door closes tightly all around.

SOURCE: LG ice maker will not dispense cubes without crushing them

,first if you still have ice buildup get your hair dryer and heat it up and melt it,then remove the front off the icemaker, you have a cube size dial, turn it down and it will reduce the amount of water that goes into the icemaker,if that does no work go on ebay and pickup a univeral icemaker for around $50,hope this helped

SOURCE: my ge fridge model TBX18k lg has water build

Remove the food from the freezer and then remove the rear freezer wall . Should be 2-4 screws and maybe a clip on each side on the top vent . Once the panel is removed , useing a hairdryer , defrost the tray below the coils until you can see the drain hole . Defrost the drain hole until water begins to flow into the hole . Use a small hose inserted into the hole and blow out any debris which has accumulated . You can also use hot water to help defrost the drain hole . Once completed , reinstaal the panel and of course , food .

There would be a filter that needs changing. Either one inside the food compartment or an inline one which is fitted on the hose between the tap and the fridge.

Sorry but your model number doesn't register with me in the USA.
My experience tells me that the plastic water line from the filter to the water tank to the dispenser outlet is your problem. Replace those parts and you should be ok.
Hope this helps.

LG fridge freezer GR-L207QVJA. The ice dispenser gives a choice of crushed ice or ice cubes, but has stopped dispensing ice cubes and gives crushed ice on both settings.

You have a solenoid switch which switches the dispenser back and forth from crushed to cube. It could be stuck or not working or the parts connecting it could be disconnected or broken. You will have to observe to see if any parts are moving and if any noise is coming from the solenoid
