or if your service provider, (unstated) the login credentials are wrong
call them.
example 1: call Verizon if them .

just go to www.netflix.com or launch the netflix app. create new account (username and password) get them your credit card number. then login netflix requires high speed internet

If you have used your Google account to register the device you will be able to login using your Google account and this way you can reset the password for your device. this option may show after a few attempts. if all else fails try the solution from this page

hard reset by recovery options

1. right click link and click on either open in new tab or window.
2. skype Samsung S3850 Corby II Apps - mobile93. click on skype (official)
4.click download
5. click on the send to device tab
6. if you are not a member you will need to click on the register link and follow the appropriate instructions (the account is free), if you are than click the login link.
7. after you have finished with that, you can now send the app to your device.

after 5 tries it will ask you to try later.. but at the bottom you will see forgot pattern... click it and login to google account that you have in you android now draw new pattern

There is a hidden Administrator account. Access that account and then reset your password.

Boot your system and continually press F8. Choose Safe Mode and at the login screen, enter Administrator for your login / username and leave the password area blank.

Login and go to the Control Panel and User Accounts. Select your account and enter the password you choose. Save and logout.

Login with your account and new password.
