Most probably the fuse has blown out...You have to replace it..Dont worry it wont cost you much..If you need help locating the fuse feel free to ask..

This is usually caused by either a bad door switch, a loose door switch mount, or possibly a problem on the control panel.

Chances are it was damaged is shipping or handling.

Since it's so new, I would return it for another one.

That kind of damage would not likely be covered under warranty.

It's usually caused by accumulated moisture from spills or steam that is not wiped up when it occurs.

The area will first have to be sanded smooth and cleaned and dried thoroughly.

If the cavity metal of the oven is cracked or split, you can use a small amount of steel-based epoxy such as JB-WELD to patch the crack or hole.

Once that dries thoroughly, you can sand it very smooth.

Then you can apply some high-temperature appliance paint, available from places like Wal-Mart, Lowe's or Builder's Square.

Then if the steel seam is actually cracked / separated, then you can apply a very thin bead of steel-based epoxy "J-B WELD". When it dries thoroughly, you can sand it smooth.

Turntable shaft
In case some local appliance shops or appliance parts stores may have one setting duty on the shelf, the part number was 58001050.

Do you still have the old part? Can you post a photo of it?

J.B. Weld brand epoxy might fix it, if applied sparingly... you may have to get creative...

You can check eBay or Wal-Mart and other stores to see if they have a Rubbermaid or Nordic Ware (NordicWare) wind-up turntable like this "Micro-Go-Round". (I've seen them at Wal-Mart recently). It's shown below.

If you find one, you can plug the shaft hole with a rubber plug from the hardware store and use this.

RCA microwave I bought at walmart today.
The owner's manual should detail the warranty. If not, I would contact Wal-Mart about it.

Are you having a problem?

If so, and it's less than 30 days since the purchase, Wal-Mart should take it back.

If it's past 30, then you have to contact "RCA" for warranty service.
