SOURCE: I have a Frigidaire heat and ac unit. Model

Turn your AC on and see if it is blowing cold air. If it isn't, it is most likely the "blower" that has gone out. Also check the thermostat and try putting in new batteries (even if it appears to be working). Another thing to try is to make sure you have changed your filter. A dirty filter can block the air flow.

I have a Frigidaire Window AC Heater combo the cooling works but the heat does not blow hot?

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with the heating element on your Frigidaire window AC/Heater combo unit. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Check the thermostat: Make sure that the thermostat is set to "Heat" and that the temperature is set to a level high enough to activate the heating element.
  2. Check the air filter: A dirty air filter can restrict airflow and prevent the heating element from functioning properly. Clean or replace the air filter if necessary.
  3. Check the heating element: The heating element may be faulty and needs to be replaced. Consult the manufacturer's manual or contact the manufacturer's customer service for further assistance.
  4. Check the blower motor: The blower motor may be malfunctioning and needs to be replaced by a professional technician.
  5. Check the wiring: Check the wiring and connections, ensure that all the wiring is securely connected and that there is no damage to the wires.
  6. Check the fuses: Make sure that all the fuses are working properly and that they are not blown or tripped.
Keep in mind that attempting to repair an AC/Heater unit can be dangerous if you are not familiar with the proper procedures and safety precautions. It's best to let a professional technician handle the repair.
If the problem persists, it's recommended to contact the manufacturer's customer service or a professional technician for further assistance. They can inspect the unit and determine the cause of the problem and provide a solution.

Electrolux ac heat/cool window unit blows cold air on heat.

There are a few possible reasons why an Electrolux window AC unit may be blowing cold air when set to heat mode. Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
  1. Check the thermostat settings: Make sure that the thermostat is set to "heat" mode and that the temperature is set higher than the current room temperature.
  2. Clean the air filter: A dirty air filter can restrict airflow and prevent the unit from heating properly. Clean or replace the filter according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Check the air ducts: Make sure that all of the air ducts are properly connected and that there are no leaks or blockages.
  4. Check the compressor: If the compressor is not running, the unit will not heat. Make sure that the compressor is running and that the compressor's fan is functioning properly.
  5. Inspect the heating element: Make sure that the heating element is not broken or damaged and check the continuity with a multimeter.
  6. Contact the manufacturer or a professional technician if the problem persists or you are unable to troubleshoot the issue.
Note: Before you start troubleshooting, make sure to turn off the power to the unit and unplug it from the electrical outlet.

MY F&P TOP LOADER WASHING MACHINE JUST KEEPS FILLING WITH WATER EVEN IF I TURN IT OFF

Your water valve has gone bad and needs to be replaced. You can try turning the machine on and off to try to cycle the water supply valve. It may just be stuck. If you are able to get it to work eventually it will have to be replaced. The water valve is a solenoid valve that the washer controller opens and closes depending on the size of the load you have entered into the controls.
