My new unused black and decker 10 cup food processor won't turn on. I think I have everything secured. What is the problem with this thing?

Anyone want any of this? The motor doesn't work. And, the bottom of the container is cracked.

I have the Black & Decker Shortcut food processor Model CFP10 and it has a broken bowl. I would prefer to replace the bowl but haven't found a source. The same thing happened to me. I took it back to Kohls. It was 1 year old and I only used it like 4 times. The motor would run but the blade wouldn't turn. Maybe because Kohls is busy this time of year, the Customer Service guy didn't even ask when we bought it. It was obviously last year's model because the color was white not the current black. Anyway, the FN Food Processor says they have a 2 year warranty so that could be route you could take also. I know this isn't REALLY fixing YOUR food processor, but it would fix your problem.
