Hey,
This problem may be because you do not get a contant reception where you are. Try walking around to different locations to see if your text messages send. If this doesn't fix the problem, please post.
Best of luck,
Matt

First, delete all messagegs in the out and in box. Clear the cashe. (Open browser, press menu key select clear cashe). Do a power cycle.
Then you'll wanna look at your settings. You could be saving your text messages to your sim, which doesn't hold a lot. Also ,if you have pictures that can cause a memory issue. If you use the web, that can cause memory issue. So, please make sure once a day your shut down your razr for about 10-20 seconds. This will give it a nice reboot and work like a dream.
What you can do is change the setting of storing
all incoming messages. Its normally set on saving all messages to the
SIM which doesn't hold that much memory. If you change it to store your
messages to your phone, you can hold approx. 200+, after you reach the
200 msg mark, it will start sending MMS messages
Cheers!

hello,
if the sms message sit in the outbox, then you have to do the following on your phone.
go to menu.
go to message.
go to message setting.
go to message center to check if the message center number is correct. the way you can no if the message center is correct is to compare it with your friend number using the same network with you.
if after making comparison with your friends number and it is correct then you will flash the phone.
flashing the phone is like formatting the computer but using the phones software.

Sorry to hear that, it goes back to your outbox because your text was not sent successfully it's like in a pending status. Here's the solution for you:
1. Check if you have service provider and check if your acct is closed or suspended. In other hand, call your service provider.
2. If not closed or suspended, check your inbox if full or not. If full, delete all.
3. Powercycle your phone meaning turn off the phone and turn it back on and try again
4. If still not working, there's no other way. Refer to a cellphone technician of your service provider and let them evaluate your phone if it needs a replacement or just the connection between your phone and your service provider connection/signal
