How to get info relating to best hypoallergenic dog food?

Consult your vet. The vet can diagnose the allergy but an elimination process where the dog eats particular food selected by the vet. However, this takes perhaps a couple of months and if the diet regieme is not followed rigorously, it is useless as a diagnostic tool. The dogs nutritional needs must be met irrespective of what is eliminated in the diet. So called hypoallergenic dog food differs in content even within that "category.: There is no one such formula.

Please advice ,i have a sheepdog, that had a growth which was on her teet ,this has burst open, there is no sigh of blood or invection, a open wound.and she has a smell im stuck 500km away from help

At this range we can only offer general advice. It will take a vet to see just what this growth is.

All you can do for now is wash it and apply antiseptic just as you would on a wound of your own, until you can get to a vet.

It just might be the vet will offer an opinion over the phone, but I doubt it, because examination and maybe a biopsy is needed. So, try offering to email a series of photos (good quality needed) to get a long range opinion. All the best with the dog.

Chicken Chips Dog Treats

I heard those chips have been discontinued, as they come from China and is toxic to your dog. There are other treats you can get for her, Milk Bone has a chicken treat (soft) that my dog loves.
