go to settings. go to system update click on update firmware.
If you have the lastest update do this instead:
go to setting, click on the more tab on the top right, click on system update then click on update firmware

Update the firmware manually or via the Sansa Firmware Updater. Go to Sandisk Express support

According to Sprint, If your phone already has the most current firmware installed it will generate this error code when you try to update it. Error code 7777 simply means there is no firmware update available. So no worries, you're good.

I got the same error and message on my LG LX370 when I tried to download the latest firmware on my new phone. I called Sprint and we tried just about everything before a supervisor confirmed that that was all the error code meant.

The 7777 is really a message, not an error. The 7777 message is simply stating you have the latest firmware update.
