I don't think the DSC-WX150 is completely PictBridge compatible. If your printer can has a compatible memory card (MS Duo or SD/SDHC/SDXC) reader, then you should be able to print without connecting the camera to a computer. The manual only lists printing still images from the memory card or after importing the images to a computer. See http://docs.esupport.sony.com/dvimag/DSCWX100_WX150_guide/en/contents/09/01/01/01.html .

I hope this helps.

Dsc-w120 supersteady shot, date/time stamp

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

For example, if you're printing directly from the camera to a PictBridge-compatible printer, enable the "Date" setting as described on page 100 of the CyberShot Handbook.

I want to print the date on the image when the picture was taken by sony cybershot DSC T90

The new models do not have the feature of superimposing directly as many customers did not want this feature because accidentally they had this option On and the Date and Time stamp got printed on the photos even they didn't want it.

However, the new cameras that are equipped with the EXIF technology gives you an option to superimpose the date and time later by using compatible third party EXIF software.

You can also connect the camera to a Pictbridge compatible Printer to print the images with Date and Time.

You can also use the supplied Picture Motion Browser to insert date and time on still images. Please click hear to get the instructions.

Please let me know if you require any assistance.
Thanks for understanding.

It won't recognise my camera when plugged in.

Both of these units are PictBridge certified, so they should be able to communicate with each other. Be sure that your camera is set up to communicate using the PictBridge protocol. See this link, and view the PictBridge Printer Instruction Manual, page 2, to set the camera up.
