You need to approach a laptop repair store or the manufacturer's service center. In case of laptop, to reset the bios password, there are more than one methods (depending upon make and model). Some require shorting specific two components on the motherboard, some require to replace and re program the BIOS IC etc. You may have to show the 'proof of ownership' in order to recover this password.
