All servicing of watches can take up to 4 weeks to complete (US only). The warranty does not cover: Battery, case, glass, bands, straps, bracelets, exposed ...

Skagen has no stores or outlets in Qatar but you probably can buy one from Skagen's website and have it shipped to you there. Ask them about it by emailing [email protected]. (That is a beautiful watch,)

mcdevito75 here, BEST BET, look for a small watch repair shop in your area for a replacement strap or original strap from Skagen.

Skagen watches have very thin domed crystals and they do break. Because of how thin they are it doesn't take a lot of pressure to break the crystal.

Crystals are not something any watch company covers in their warranty.

The crystal can be replaced. Either Skagen can replace them or a qualified watchmaker can. Prices vary and it would depend on how much you are willing to spend as to if it was worth it to you.

Yes I would speak to Skagen in stron terms, this should not happen and wa probably aused by the glass being stressed when fitting it
