Cant transfer my pics to my pc using dsc-h7

Hi guys hope you can help me I have a dsc-h7 and been using it for more than a year now. The problem occured yesterday after I took some pic, when I was about to transfer my files to my pc I dont see any files on it. I thought I accidentaly reformatted my memory card but all the images in my camera are there. Hope someone can help me thanks

    oh I almost forgot my pc crash the day it happen so I reformatted my pc and forgot to install the software for the camera, but do you think its the problem coz ive been using it with other pc before without that software and it works fine, guess have to reinstall tomorrow since im at work right now

Cannot upload images from my internal memory to my computer
Take the memory stick out, does the USB see internal memory now? If not move the internal memory pictures to the memory card first, then the USB connection will work.

Sounds like a shutter speed issue. If you are experiencing this indoors use the flash. Review your blurry pics, is the shutter speed a 1/30th of a sec or less? Generally light conditions that force that slow of a shutter require flash or a tripod.

You need to buy bluetooth for PC or USB cable for mobile-PC!!!
And you need PC SUITE for your mobile model.
And you will easily transfer data, pictures, music everything!!!
