Question about Minolta magicolor 2200 DeskLaser Printer

Adjust Upper Bin displays on my printer

It worked fine until I tried printing on photo paper in the upper bin. Then I realized that the upper bin did not take in paper -- I didn't know as I have never used the manual feed tray. I changed the settings in the printer to manual feed for this purpose. Once I realized that it did not work, funny because I bought the printer new and never used it, I set the setting back to multipurpose bin, restarted both computer and printer trying to clear out whatever makes it think that I want the manual feed bin, but no luck. Any ideas? My email is [email protected]

How old is your machine? check if the printer supports that thickness. if so check the setting of the printer if it match with your actual paper. if your printer is older and your place is dusty try to clean the rollers under/inside the paper tray.

i hope this will help.

How to output bin empty ?

  1. The output bin may be full. Empty the output bin. Printing resumes automatically.
  2. Take a close look at the flaps hanging out the exit of the printer. They should move up and down freely. If one of them is stuck up, broken or dislodged, then a bin full error is displayed.
  3. Open rear exit tray and power on the printer. If the printer comes to a Ready state, close rear tray and try printing.
  4. Clean the paper path below the toner area and exit assembly at the back of the printer. Ensure there is no pieces of paper stuck in the paper path of the printer.

Hp 9050 laser jet stacker error

Probably just a bad sensor or dirty sensor causing the issue.

Stacker or stacker/stapler output bins

For the 3,000-sheet stacker or 3,000-sheet stacker/stapler, the output bins are the upper bin (face-up) and the lower bin (face-down).

The upper bin (face-up) is the top bin on the stacker or stacker/stapler. This bin holds up to 100 sheets of paper in face-up order as they exit the printer. A sensor causes the product to stop when the bin is full. Product operation continues when you empty or reduce the amount of paper in the bin.

Lower bin (face-down) is the lower bin on the stacker or stacker/stapler. This bin holds up to 500 sheets of paper and can stack or staple jobs. This bin is the default output bin.

REMOVE ALL PAPER FROM BIN ,OUT PUT BIN IS FULL Hi

Does not sound like a paper jam problem but a sensor problem sensor acurator is broken or out of place or the sensor is bad worse case the control that the sensors reports to is bad. Check you Output Bin Sensor acurator.

Can't find the paper that is jammed in the printer (laserjet 2600n) its says its in the output bin

The output bin sensor check the quantity of printed paper that remain in the upper part of the printer. When the paper is too much, the sensor report a paper jam.

Check the lever of the sensor in output bin if it's working properly

Paper cassette is not seated correctly. check for paper or objects blocking the cassette path. reinsert the cassette and press Start. keep getting this message. started after printing and installing...

I had this same problem and tried everything (I thought) to fix it. Then I saw the solution at:
http://www.retrevo.com/c/sohohelp/blogs/show/6633/I-just-had-my-espon-artisan-800-replaced-and-the-refurb-keeps-saying-that-the-paper-cassette-is-not-seated-correctly#replyForm

Basically there is a plastic pin that tends to break off and stays in the area where the cassette is loaded. It takes up just enough space to keep the cassette from being pushed in all the way. The solution is to turn the printer off, unplug it, then lift up the printer so the broken pin falls out. Once it comes out, the printer will work fine again.

Minolta Photocopier EP5000

the non sort bis is the first bin from the top, and by the mean time you can see a hole in the bins for sensing the papers in the bins, the hole from the first bin to the last bin should be un obstructed, as the sensors are on the upper frame and the receptor sensor in the lower frame. so check for any obstruction between theese two sensors through the holes on the output bins
