When refrigerator stops for recycle it take longer to start and meat gets soft.
The air passages and water drain may need to be cleaned. the frige may be making more ice than normal due to restricted air passages and/or a plugged or restricted water drain, more ice means more defrost time. IF the air passages are nice and clean and the issue still exists check the door gaskets for fit and seal. leaky gaskets allow air (laden with moisture) in where the moisture freezes at a higher than normal rate.

It sounds like either your fan is out or your refrigerator is not defrosting. All of the cold air comes from the freezer, but the temp probe is in the refrigerator. If your freezer is working, its nothing major. Check to see if your evaporator coil is iced up, if it is melt all of the ice, and the refrigerator side will work till you can get a service tech out to look at it.
