Rebooting lg tablet

Reboot by holding power button and pressing start button. Check to make sure Nook is charging. Cord that plugs into Nook may be loose in port. Try wiggling and pressing power button at same time.

If you disturbed the tablet part way through flashing or it became unresponsive during the process you have probably bricked your tablet.

Press and hold the power button for fifteen seconds or so, ignoring the "Shut down?" prompt, until it turns off. Release the button, then press and hold it for a second or so until it begins to reboot.

Well I just joined regarding a differant problem with my LG and seen this one.
I had basically the same problem with mine where it was randomly shutting off but would turn on by itself right after.
What the problem with mine was, was a solder joint on the power supply. Tech found 2 bad solder joints, repaired them and works great. This happened about 2 years ago. Hope that helps
