I need to cancel the subscription. Do I need a basic subscription to use Pandora without commercials?
SOURCE: can't connect to the internet wirelessly
Well, to avoid confusion, I'd start by doing a factory reset. Insert the straightened end of a paperclip into the reset hole and power up the device to do this. From there, the device should begin broadcasting the default wireless network with the name (SSID) of "Motorola." The DHCP server should also be enabled and if your computer is configured to receive an automatically assigned IP address your wireless network interface should pick up an IP. The security for the "Motorola" network is disabled by default.
Basic troubleshooting from there would be to try to see if you can connect your wireless computer to another wireless network that is know to be working well. Either buy and return another wireless access point or router from a retailer or head to a Starbucks or other establishment that offers free wireless. If the wireless computer is hooking up nicely with the secondary wireless network, you can refocus on the SBG900 as the likely source of the problem.
If after attempting the aforementioned procedures you find that the wireless computer continues to fail to connect to the SBG900 you might have to consider that you have a faulty device. At that point I would consider consulting the manufacturer's documentation.

Umm.. Call the number?
Sounds like the subscription is out.
Could be clerical on their side, could be any number of things. But that's pretty simple. It says call the number, so call the number.
They may not be able to speak to you since you're not the account holder, so you might need to have your sister call, in which case, provide the serial number of the unit to your sister and have them call.

Try removing Pandora and reinstalling it from scratch.
SOURCE: slow internet for my hardwired computer
Had the same problem with my Linksys WRT150N. Turned out the router had quit working for hardwired connected PC's, after all the troubleshooting, changing settings (including MTU), upgrading firmware and spending time consulting with Linksys technical support. However, Linksys was not the one who discovered the router was no good. I reinstalled an old router (G) and connected the cables the same way it was with my Linksys and found the internet on the hardwired connected PC working excellent. Another sign the Linksys router was bad was when typing the IP address (192.168.1.1) to configure the router, there was no response...oh well. Got about 3 yrs. out of the WRT150N.

Try using system restore to back the computer up a few days before you made the Wii connection. Start button > programs > accessories > system tools > system restore. Pick a date on the calender before you connected the Wii machine and see if that restores your router settings. If not, get back to us for more solutions.
